Studio M.D.Q.（Yuya Kato、以下「開発者」）は、アプリ「Bota-Log」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
開発者が集める情報
開発者は、利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先などの個人情報や、本アプリに付けた記録を集めません。本アプリにはアカウント登録がなく、広告・行動の追跡（トラッキング）・解析ツールも使っていません。
記録の保存先
株・ロット・記録・写真・予定・設定などのデータは、利用者の端末の中に保存されます。
- プレミアムで iCloud 同期を使う場合は、利用者自身の iCloud（Apple が提供するプライベートな保存先）に保存されます。開発者が中身を見ることはできません。
- 本アプリを削除すると、端末の中の記録も消えます。端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップなど）を取っている場合は、その中に含まれることがあります。
写真とカメラ
写真ライブラリとカメラは、利用者が写真を選んだり撮ったりしたときだけ使います。選んだ写真は本アプリの中に保存され、ほかへ送られることはありません。SNS 投稿用の画像や株札を写真ライブラリに保存するときだけ、保存の許可を求めます。
通知
予定や水やりの目安の通知は、端末の中だけで作られます。通知の内容が外部に送られることはありません。
ファイルの書き出しと受け渡し
バックアップ・譲渡ファイル・系統書・CSV などのファイルは、利用者が書き出しを選んだときにだけ作られ、どこに保存・共有するかは利用者が決めます。
- 譲渡ファイルには、その株の記録・写真・系譜と、利用者が入力した送り主の名前が含まれます。
- 系統書には、利用者が入力した発行者・譲渡先の名前と、照合用の QR が載ります。QR には系統書の内容と電子署名が含まれます。署名に使う鍵は端末（と利用者自身の iCloud キーチェーン）にだけ保存されます。
- 系統書の照合ページ（verify.html）での照合は、閲覧しているブラウザの中だけで行われ、内容がどこかへ送られることはありません。
購入について
プレミアムの購入・解約の手続きと支払いは、すべて Apple の App Store が行います。開発者がクレジットカードなどの支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
子どもの利用について
本アプリは、年齢にかかわらず個人情報を集めません。
このポリシーの変更
開発者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Studio M.D.Q. (Yuya Kato, "the developer") handles information in the app "Bota-Log" ("the app").
Information the developer collects
The developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or contacts, nor the records you keep in the app. The app has no accounts and uses no advertising, tracking or analytics.
Where your records are stored
Plants, lots, records, photos, plans and settings are stored on your device.
- If you use iCloud sync with Premium, they are stored in your own iCloud (a private store provided by Apple). The developer cannot see them.
- Deleting the app deletes the data on the device. It may be included in your device backups (such as iCloud Backup) if you use them.
Photos and camera
The photo library and camera are used only when you choose or take a photo. Chosen photos are stored inside the app and never sent elsewhere. The app asks for permission only when you save a post image or plant labels to your photo library.
Notifications
Plan and watering notifications are created on your device only. Their contents are never sent outside.
Exporting and sharing files
Backups, transfer files, certificates and CSV files are created only when you choose to export them, and you decide where to save or share them.
- A transfer file contains that plant's records, photos and lineage, and the sender name you entered.
- A certificate shows the issuer and recipient names you entered and a verification QR code containing the certificate's contents and a digital signature. The signing key is stored only on your device (and in your own iCloud Keychain).
- Verification on the verification page runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.
Purchases
Premium purchases, cancellations and payments are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details.
Children
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age.
Changes to this policy
The developer may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
