Studio M.D.Q.（Yuya Kato、以下「開発者」）は、iPhone アプリ「My Fair Jelly」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
開発者が集める情報
開発者は、利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先などの個人情報を集めません。本アプリにはアカウント登録がありません。
クラゲの飼育状況や設定などのデータは、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存され、開発者に送られることはありません。
- 本アプリを削除すると、これらの記録も消えます。
- 端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップなど）を取っている場合は、その中に含まれることがあります。
広告について
本アプリは、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、端末の広告識別子（IDFA）、おおまかな位置情報（IP アドレスから推定されるもの）、アプリの利用状況、診断情報などを収集・利用することがあります。
- 広告識別子は、利用者が「アプリからのトラッキング要求」を許可した場合にのみ利用されます。許可しない場合でも、本アプリのすべての機能を利用できます。
- 許可の設定は、iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
- イギリスとスイスでは、Google の同意画面で、広告のための情報の利用に同意するかどうかを選べます。同意しない場合も、本アプリのすべての機能を利用できます（表示される広告は、興味に合わせないものになります）。
- 一部の地域（イギリス、スイス、米国の一部の州など）では、本アプリの設定画面にある「広告のプライバシー設定」から、同意や個人情報の取り扱いに関する選択をいつでも変更できます。
- アプリ内課金で広告を削除した場合、広告は表示されなくなります。

アプリ内課金について
本アプリでは、広告を削除するアプリ内課金を提供しています。購入の手続きと支払いはすべて Apple が行い、開発者がクレジットカードなどの支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
子どもの利用について
本アプリは年齢を問わず利用できるよう、表示される広告を一般向けの内容に制限しています。開発者は、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を集めることはありません。
このポリシーの変更
開発者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

This policy explains how Studio M.D.Q. (Yuya Kato, "the developer") handles information in the iPhone app "My Fair Jelly" ("the app").
Information the developer collects
The developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or contacts. The app has no accounts. Your tank data and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer.
- Deleting the app deletes this data.
- It may be included in your device backups (such as iCloud Backup) if you use them.
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), approximate location (derived from your IP address), app usage data and diagnostic data to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
- The advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking when asked. You can use every feature of the app without allowing it.
- You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- In the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent form lets you choose whether to allow your information to be used for advertising. You can use every feature of the app without consenting; ads will then not be personalized.
- In some regions (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain U.S. states), you can change your consent and privacy choices at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the app's settings panel.
- If you remove ads with the in-app purchase, no ads are shown.

In-app purchases
The app offers an in-app purchase to remove ads. Purchases and payments are handled entirely by Apple; the developer never receives your payment details.
Children
Ads in the app are limited to content suitable for general audiences. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
The developer may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
