Studio M.D.Q.（Yuya Kato、以下「開発者」）は、iPhoneアプリ「My Little Invader」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
開発者が集める情報
開発者は、利用者の個人情報を集めません。本アプリにはアカウント登録がなく、広告や利用状況の解析、利用者の追跡（トラッキング）も行っていません。
端末の中に保存するもの
育てている子の名前・状態・日記・設定などは、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存します。開発者のもとへ送られることはありません。
- 本アプリを削除すると、これらの記録も消えます。
- 端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップなど）を取っている場合は、その中に含まれることがあります。
位置情報
本アプリは、ゲームの画面に実際の天気を映すために、位置情報を使うことがあります。
- 位置情報の利用許可をお願いするのは、設定の「てんき」で「げんざいち」を選んだときだけです。
- 天気を調べるため、およその位置（約1kmの範囲に丸めたもの）を、Apple の天気サービス（Apple Weather／WeatherKit）に送ります。
- 位置情報を本アプリの中に保存したり、天気を調べる以外の目的で使ったりすることはありません。開発者に届くこともありません。
- 「主要都市から選択」を選んだ場合は、位置情報を使いません（選んだ都市の天気を調べます）。
- 天気を使わない「オフ」を選ぶこともできます。
Apple の天気サービスに送られた情報は、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って扱われます。
近くの端末との通信（あそびにいく）
本アプリの「あそびにいく」では、近くにいる友達の端末と、Wi‑Fi や Bluetooth で直接つながります（ローカルネットワーク）。
- ローカルネットワークの利用許可をお願いするのは、初めて「あそびにいく」を開いたときだけです。許可しなくても、「あそびにいく」以外はこれまでどおり使えます。
- やり取りするのは、育てている子の名前と様子（育ち具合・おなか・きげんなど）だけです。遊んでいる間に端末どうしで直接やり取りするだけで、インターネットを通らず、どこにも保存しません。開発者に届くこともありません。
- 端末の名前など、利用者を特定できる情報は送りません。
- 許可は、端末の「設定」→「My Little Invader」→「ローカルネットワーク」で、いつでも変えられます。
通信
本アプリがインターネットにつながるのは、天気を調べるときだけです。天気を「オフ」にしていれば、インターネットにはつながりません。「あそびにいく」は、インターネットを使わずに近くの端末と直接つながります。通信できない環境でも遊べます。
アプリ内課金
今後のアップデートで、アプリ内での購入を追加する予定があります。購入の手続きと支払いは Apple が行い、開発者がクレジットカードなどの支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
子どもの利用
本アプリは子どもを含むどなたでも利用できます。開発者は、年齢にかかわらず利用者の個人情報を集めません。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Studio M.D.Q. (Yuya Kato, "the developer") handles information in the iPhone app "My Little Invader" ("the app").
Information the developer collects
The developer does not collect any personal information. The app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and does no tracking.
Data stored on your device
Your creature's name, status, diary and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer.
- Deleting the app deletes this data.
- It may be included in your device backups (such as iCloud Backup) if you use them.
Location
The app may use your location to show the real weather in the game.
- The app asks for permission only when you choose HERE in the weather setting.
- To look up the weather, an approximate position (rounded to within about 1 km) is sent to Apple's weather service (Apple Weather / WeatherKit).
- Your location is not stored in the app, is not used for anything else, and is never sent to the developer.
- If you choose a city instead, your location is not used.
- You can also turn the weather off.
Information sent to Apple's weather service is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy.
Connecting to nearby devices (VISIT)
The app's VISIT feature connects directly to a friend's device nearby over Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth (your local network).
- The app asks for Local Network permission only the first time you open VISIT. If you do not allow it, everything apart from VISIT works as before.
- All that is exchanged is your creature's name and how they are doing (growth stage, hunger, mood). It passes directly between the two devices during the visit, does not go over the internet, is not stored anywhere, and is never sent to the developer.
- Nothing that identifies you, such as your device name, is sent.
- You can change the permission at any time in your device's Settings → My Little Invader → Local Network.
Network use
The app connects to the internet only to look up the weather. With the weather turned off, it makes no internet connections. VISIT connects directly to nearby devices without using the internet. The app works offline.
In-app purchases
A future update may add in-app purchases. Purchases and payments are handled by Apple; the developer never receives your payment details.
Children
The app can be used by anyone, including children. The developer does not collect personal information from users of any age.
